Get help pursuing your refund
We'll review what happened, identify the strongest points in your case, and prepare a clear refund request you can send to the merchant.
$8, refunded either way. No passwords, no bank login, no full card number required.
You get a ready-to-send refund request. Not generic advice, not a template with your name pasted into it.
- A person reviews your purchase details and what happened
- The strongest legitimate points in your case, identified
- A written refund request, ready to send in your own name
- What to do next if the merchant still says no
A short assessment of where your case stands, the request itself written out in full, and a note on your options if the merchant refuses. Copy it into an email or a support ticket and send.
We never contact the merchant on your behalf, and you stay in control of your account the whole way.
“I bought a digital copy of a new PC game that crashed every time I opened it. Because I'd technically left it running in the background while troubleshooting, my automated refund request was denied for exceeding the playtime limit. Jon helped me identify the strongest points and prepare my request. I got my $70 back.”
Tell us what happened
Two minutes. When you submit, you'll be taken straight to the $8 payment.
Follow our approach and the merchant still refuses — refunded in full. They say yes and you tell us honestly how it went, good or bad — refunded for that too, optional and never a condition. The merchant makes the final decision; we don't guarantee approval.
You'll hear back within two business days. Your details are used only to review your situation — see our privacy policy. Prefer to ask first? Email us.
Still deciding?
What should I have ready?
Your receipt or transaction record, the product or subscription details, any relevant emails, and a short account of what happened. Please don't send passwords, security codes, or full card numbers — we never need them.
Do you contact the merchant for me?
No. You send the request yourself, in your own name. We work out what to say and how to present it.
What if my case turns out to be weaker than my score suggested?
We'll tell you, and refund your $8. We'd rather lose the $8 than take a case that won't go anywhere.
What cases do you turn down?
Anything where you used the product as intended and simply changed your mind. Physical goods and shipping disputes. Anything where the facts as you've described them wouldn't hold up. We'd rather refund your $8 than send a request that goes nowhere.
Why is it only $8?
Because Refund Fairy is new and building its own track record. Early cases get the same work the $39 service will get. In exchange we'll ask how it went — optional, and never a condition.
Ready when you are
Tell us what happened. If we recommend pursuing it and the merchant still says no, your $8 comes back.
$8, refunded either way.
